1.1 Please read these terms & conditions carefully before you (the "Customer") ordering any products from printworksmarket.com (the “Website). By ordering any products from Pagina AB (“PRINTWORKS”) with Swedish company registration nr 556314-2347 you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions (the ”Agreement”).
1.2 By placing an order at the Website, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents' permission to buy from PRINTWORKS) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Website for the sale and supply of any products. None of these terms & conditions affect your statutory rights.
1.3 PRINTWORKS shall have no liability and reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to image or typographical errors on the Website such as inaccurate prices and price adjustments, product descriptions or technical specifications, terms of purchase, and product offerings without prior notice. PRINTWORKS is entitled to adjust such errors accordingly at any time. At the event of when a product is sold out, PRINTWORKS has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best possible way given the circumstance. PRINTWORKS shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
1.4 The Website and all its content are owned and copyright protected by PRINTWORKS or its licensors. This means that trademarks, company name, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the prior written consent of PRINTWORKS.

4. Prices, fees, and payment
4.1 The prices stated on the Website apply to orders placed on printworksmarket.com. All prices prior to purchase are presented in Euro, DKK, SEK, and do not include payment and shipping fees, which are given separately at checkout. Depending on the final destination, orders may be subject to additional charges such as sales tax, customs & duty charges. PRINTWORKS does not have any responsibility for any additional charges that may apply.
4.2 All products remain PRINTWORKS property until the full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized at checkout before the Customer confirms the purchase. All payment transactions are processed through a third-party payment provider and PRINTWORKS does not process or store any card information. Payment information are sent over SSL encryption to complete the Customers transaction in a secure way. The third-party payment provider is responsible for processing of your personal data and have separate terms that apply to them and given to you at checkout page on the Website. PRINTWORKS encourage Customers to read the terms and conditions set out by third-party payment provider.
5. Special offers and discounts
5.1 PRINTWORKS may occasionally provide the use of special offers on the Website. PRINTWORKS reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw such special offers. Upon termination or withdrawal of a special offer, this Agreement shall apply without any amendments. Any offers on specific products or categories on the Website are valid only for a limited period of time or until products are sold out. Some products that are already on sale (such as product packages) cannot be combined with discount codes.
6. Shipping & Returns
6.1 Shipping and delivery time is set out the Website depending on the Customers country of residence. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery method provided by PRINTWORKS and chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase may be subjected to changed depending on Customer location or unexpected turn of events eg. Carrier unable to deliver the package for whatever reason.
6.2 At the time of purchase Customers are required to pay a flat shipping fee unless they reach the threshold for free shipping. Shipping fee varies by country and is provided at checkout. Free shipping in Sweden is available on orders over a certain threshold and is provided at the selected country market. Packages not claimed/retrieved within 14 days will be returned to PRINTWORKS and the Costumers are responsible for any cost associated with the return of unclaimed packages.
6.3 If you reside outside Sweden, the Costumer are responsible for returning the products within 14 days from the date you received the delivery. During Christmas shopping, you have extended return time up to 30 days. Note that any charges incurred with a return outside of Sweden, are the responsibility of the Customer. It is recommended to use a postal service that gives the Costumer a tracking number if package were to get lost as PRINTWORKS cannot be responsible for any loss of goods. If you reside within Sweden, products that are unused and unopened from its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of the day you received the delivery, and a return fee will be added. During Christmas shopping, you have an extended return time of up to 30 days. As soon as your products have been received and checked at a PRINTWORKS warehouse, PRINTWORKS will deposit the amount corresponding to the returned item minus the return shipping cost to the account used at the time of purchase. An email confirmation the return will also be sent out. We reserve the right to process your return within two weeks from when the return was received.
6.4 In order to do a return, the Customer needs to collect/pick up the package. For packages that are unclaimed/uncollected within 14 days Printworks reserves the right to charge the costumer a fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs for the cost of shipping fees for the uncollected packages. The amount will be deducted from the order upon the return of the order handled by us.
6.5 Printworks do not offer product exchanges. The Costumer may return your product within 14 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
7. Complaints & Reclamations
7.1 The Customer have the right to file a complaint or request a reclamation that apply to products which are defective according to applicable consumer protection legislation. For a product to be considered defective, the defect must have occurred before it was sold. Any Customer who wishes to assert their right to file a complaint for any product ordered shall contact PRINTWORKS as soon as possible after the defect was discovered and provide proof in imagery of defective. PRINTWORKS will carry the cost associated with the shipping for any approved complaints that meet the above terms.
8. FORCE MAJEURE
8.1 Events outside PRINTWORKS's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that PRINTWORKS is released from PRINTWORKS obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Examples of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
9. CHANGES TO THE GENERAL CONDITIONS
9.1 PRINTWORKS reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time for whatever reason. Any changes to the Agreement will be posted on the Website and changes will become valid once the Customer has accepted the updated terms & conditions when completing a new purchase or when using the Website. PRINTWORKS recommends that the Customer regularly remains updated on the Website in order to become aware of any changes to the Agreement.
