What is personal data?
Regardless of which way you might be in contact with us such as when you complete a purchase on our website or contact us through social media, we may receive information about you, so called personal data. Much of the personal data we process, is provided by you when you are in contact with us or use our Service. However, you can control and always refuse to provide certain personal information when we ask you to do so but it may complicate or limit our service to you. For example, we cannot deliver your order without a delivery address.

Our aim is to be as transparent as possible regarding what type of personal data we process. To comply with the laws and regulations that apply to us
We process information on your invoice such as name, address, payment method, and order information (eg. order number, product, delivery address). We do this on the legal basis of legal obligation, which means that we must handle the data to comply with the laws to which we are subject such as the Swedish accounting law legislation. We save this information for 7 years from when you make your purchase.
To be able to offer you customer service
Before making a purchase, we need to process your contact information such as phone number or email address, and any information that you provide in us with such a picture in your communication with us. We do this on the legal basis that the processing is necessary to satisfy our legitimate interest in being able to help and answer questions from you. After making a purchase, we need to process your name, contact info, address, payment method, order information (eg order number, product, delivery address) and any information that you provide in us in your communication with us. We do this on the legal basis to be able to fulfill our agreement with you, and for us to comply with relevant consumer protection laws. We save the information for 36 months to be able to resolve customer service matters but also to be able to handle any complaint matters.
To be able to send newsletters or to inform you when a product is back in stock
We process you email address in order to send you a notification email when a product is back in stock or newsletters with content such as product news and special offers. We only do this after we have received your consent and you voluntarily signed up to be notified about product availability on a product page or subscribed to our newsletter. We only send you one reminder email once when the product you are requesting to be notified is back in stock and if subscribed to our newsletter will keep sending you newsletter until you unsubscribe from future communications with us. You can unsubscribe from receiving newsletters at any time in the footer of our newsletters or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to be unsubscribed.
To be able to handle reviews
To publish a review that you have voluntarily chosen to write on one of our product pages we need to process your name and the information that you have written in your review. The review and its information will be kept until your remove the review and our legitimate interest is to publish the review that you have written and shared.
To publish a review if we were to contact you to request a review of our products after your purchase, we need to process your name, email address and order number. Any posted review and data processed will be kept until further notice or until you explicitly ask us to take the review down. Our legal basis for processing such data is our legitimate interest to contact you with a request to rate or review the customer experience with us and for us to make the experience better for both you and other customers.
To be able to market ourselves to you
Content you have shared and tagged us in
In order to market our products in our social media channels we may re-publish you picture or video of the product(s) that you have shared and tagged @printworksmarket. The picture or image that you have shared and tagged us in can include personal information about you such as your name or social media handle. Prior to publishing such content we also ask for your consent. Our legitimate interest is to publish the picture/video that you have tagged @printworksmarket and is kept until you explicitly ask us to take the content down.
Giveaways and contests
In the event we do a giveaway or social media contest we may collect and process your personal data and other information you may have provide to participate in the contests or giveaway such as name, social media username, email address, and delivery address to where prize should be sent to. Processing of such data is necessary to administrate such giveaway/contents and to comply with our giveaway and contest policy. Data is processed and kept until contest/giveaway is completed.
Who can gain access to your personal data?
Your personal information is process primarily by Printworks. The information that you share with us will never be sold. In some cases, we share information, including personal information, with certain recipients to perform the processing described above. Third-party service providers have access to your personal data only to perform their service on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose our use it for any other purpose and that these service providers also process your personal data in accordance with the legal requirements.

Delivery and Storage Partners
To be able to handle orders and to deliver your goods to your home address or to a service point, and to handle any returns, we will share your personal data with our storage and carrier(s) partner. These companies may only process your personal data in accordance with our specific instructions and may not use your data for any other purpose.
Advertising and Marketing Partners
To market relevant products and to make our website as relevant as possible we share information about your use of our site and in some cases personal data with those providing us with advertising and marketing services. In that case personal data is anonymized before being shared.
IT & Review partner
We will share your personal data with IT suppliers that process the personal data on behalf of us to assist us with IT-services. To collect and publish your reviews on our website we share your personal data with the supplier that provide the technical solution to collect and publish such reviews.
