The products are produced continuously, which makes it difficult to answer precisely when you can order them again. Please do sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock on the product page. Then we'll make sure to send you an email when they are available again. Otherwise, you could check out if any of our resellers happen to have the product in stock.
Yes, you can buy stickers which you can put on many of our products. However, we have no additional customization available, yet.
It's most probably on its way! It happens that customers get emails about their products being available for pick-up, but that the email ended up in Spam. Please, first check in your Spam. If you haven't received any email, please check that your address is correct and let us know if it is wrong.
Currently, we are working with Klarna, which we think offers the smoothest payment option for our customers. With Klarna, you can quickly pay by card, invoice, or set up a payment plan.
For shipping in the EU (outside of Sweden), the delivery time is 3-6 days depending on your location, and we deliver with DHL. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will return to PRINTWORKS. Please note that you will have to pick up your order at a DHL service place, and you will be notified by email when you can pick it up. Check your spam if you haven't received any email.
