- RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE OF SWEDEN
If you reside outside Sweden, you are yourself responsible for returning the products within 14 days from the date you received the delivery. During the Christmas shopping you have extended return time up to 30 days. To return an item, please do the following:
1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
2. Put it in the original package/carton or similar that secures the product from damages
3. Return the products to the following address, do not forget to write the order number on the package:

As soon as your products have been received and checked at our warehouse, we will deposit the amount corresponding to the returned item to the account you used at the time of purchase. We will also email you a confirmation of this.
Note that any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend to use a postal service that gives you a tracking number if the package would get lost as PRINTWORKS cannot be responsible for any loss of goods.
RETURNS WITHIN SWEDEN
Products that are unused and unopened from its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of the day you received the delivery. During the Christmas shopping you have en extended return time of up to 30 days. To return an item, do the following:
1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when it is delivered.
2. Send an email to email@example.com. In this email you enter "return + your order number" in the subject line. In the email you then enter the item number and number of the goods you wish to return.
3. You will then receive an e-mail from us with a return slip that you print, paste on the return package and submit at the nearest collection point.
4. The return shipping cost in Sweden is 49 sek. Deposit of amount corresponding to the returned item minus return shipping cost will be deposited into the account you used at the time of purchase as soon as the products have been received and approved at the warehouse.
Have you received a faulty or damaged product, obviously we want to correct it! Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you out.
Need to make an exchange? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 14 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
UNCOLLECTED/PICKED UP PACKAGES
Unfortunately, packages that are not collected/picked up result in additional shipping charges for us. If you wish to return your purchase, you must pick up the package at your delivery point and send it back to us in the correct manner to avoid extra charges. If the package is not collected from your delivery point and is automatically returned by the post, you will be charged a fee of 20 Euro that covers part of the shipping to and from the delivery point.
