HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days from the time you receive your delivery. To return an item, proceed as follows:
- Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
- Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, type the reason of return in the subject line. Also, write the order number (right corner) from the delivery note and Item number/s of the articles that you want to return. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any custom charges.
- You will then receive an email from us with an return number that you specify on top of the delivery note that came with the goods. Add the product/s together with the delivery note in a box, preferably the box that the products came with.
- Use your preferred transportation partner (you pay for the return transport yourself) and send the product/s to the following address:

As soon as we have received the products, your invoice will be credited, or the amount will be returned to the account that you used when you bought the product/s.
As soon as the product has been returned in good condition to our warehouse, there is a refund to the account that you used when you bought the product.
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you received the package. PRINTWORKS is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend to use a postal service that gives you a tracking number if the package would get lost as PRINTWORKS cannot be responsible for any loss of goods.
For returns from Sweden and abroad, you as a customer pay for the shipping.
Have you received a faulty or damaged product, obviously we want to correct it! Contact email@example.com to get a return number and address for free return.
Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 14 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
