HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days from the time you receive your delivery.
To return an item, proceed as follows: 1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it. 2. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with email heading "RETURN". In this email, write the order number (right corner) from the delivery note and item number/s and no of units of the item/s that you wish to return. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any custom charges. 3. You will then receive an email from our warehouse with an return label that you stick outside of the package. Add the product/s together into a box, preferably the box that the products came with. 4. Use your preferred transportation partner (you pay for the return transport yourself) and send the product/s to the following address:

REFUND As soon as the product has been returned in good condition to our warehouse, we will do a refund to the account that you used when you bought the product.
RECLAMATIONS Have you received a faulty or damaged product, obviously we want to correct it! Contact email@example.com with email heading "RECLAMATION" and specify order number and picture of the damaged goods. We will then credit you for the product or send a new one free of charge.
EXCHANGES Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 14 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
