PAYMENT AND SHIPPING
All products REMAIN Printworks's property until full payment is made. The price applicable is set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. If you are under 18 years old you must have parents' permission to buy from Printworks. We use Klarna and Paypal or with credit cards and payment options. All transfers conducted through Printworks are transacted through third party dedicated gateways to guarantee your protection. Card information is not stored and all card details are sent over SSL encryption. Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders with an order value of more than 200 SEK. For orders under 200 SEK, you are required to pay a flat fee of 29 SEK. We use a standard postal service for all orders and delivery time is between 2-7 workdays in Sweden. Since tracking is not possible, Printworks declines any responsibility for loss of goods during transportation. We are not held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to Printworks.
Shipping is free of charge for all orders with an order value of more than 40 GBP / 47 EUR / 50 USD. For orders under 40 GBP / 47 EUR / 50 USD, you are required to pay a flat fee of 11 GBP / 13 EUR / 14 USD. We use standard airmail postal service for all orders. Please note. Orders are not traceable and the delivery time is 3 - 10 days depending on your location. PrintWorks declines any responsibility for loss of goods during transportation. We are not held responsible for delayed deliveries since we are not accountable for unexpected proceedings. Packages not retrieved within 14 days will be returned to Printworks.
Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer's own expense.
For packages that are not claimed at your post office within 14 days, Printworks reserves the right to charge you a document fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Unused and unopened products can be returned within 14 days from the time you receive your delivery. To return an item, proceed as follows:
1. Ensure that the product is in the same condition as when you received it.
2. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. In this email, write the order number (right corner) from the delivery note and Item number/s of the articles that you want to return. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any custom charges.
3. You will then receive an email from us with an return number that you specify on top of the delivery note that came with the goods. Add the product/s together with the delivery note in a box, preferably the box that the products came with.
4. Use your preferred transportation partner (you pay for the return transport yourself) and send the product/s to the following address:

As soon as we have received the products, your invoice will be credited, or the amount will be returned to the account that you used when you bought the product/s.
As soon as the product has been returned in good condition to our warehouse, there is a refund to the account that you used when you bought the product.
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date you received the package.PrintWorks is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend to use a postal service that gives you a tracking number if the package would get lost as PrintWorks cannot be responsible for any loss of goods.
For returns from Sweden and abroad, you as a customer pay for the shipping.
Have you received a faulty or damaged product, obviously we want to correct it! Contact email@example.com to get a return number and address for free return.
Need to make a change? At this time, we do not offer product exchanges. You may return your product within 14 days for a full credit and re-order your replacement item.
