In 1945 bedacht de architect Lian Pontes de Carvalho het racketspel met de aantrekkelijke naam "Frescobol". Het idee was een Braziliaanse equivalent van tennis, maar zonder de competitie. In plaats van koste wat het kost te willen winnen, draait het bij dit spel om samenwerking. Er zijn geen winnaars of verliezers. Het enige doel is om de bal samen zo lang mogelijk in de lucht te houden.
Deze set bevat 2 makkelijk vast te houden rackets, elegante houten handvatten en een gekleurde bal om het spel gaande te houden. Een gestreepte stoffen tas is ook inbegrepen om de rackets op stijlvolle wijze te dragen.
